The British Applied College (BAC) in Umm Al Quwain was established in April 2017 as a premier applied higher education institution in the UAE. BAC plans to become the leading College in the UAE and the region that offers degrees in Applied Sciences, Engineering, and Technology. It also aims to be the College of the first choice for students in the Umm Al Quwain area and beyond. To achieve this objective, BAC concluded a collaborative agreement with Teesside University (TU) in the UK.

About Umm Al Quwain: UAQ is the second smallest and least populated emirate in the UAE. It covers an area of approximately 720 sq. km. which is equivalent to 1 percent of the UAE’s total land area.
