Provisional admission is subject to the condition that the applicant should satisfy the conditions within a specified period of time decided on a case-to-case basis, or else his admission will be terminated. Provisional status will be removed, if the applicant met all the requirements (Foundation programs) and advanced into an academic program.

The admission standards for the programs offered by the college will be assessed regularly. Based on the assessments and review, higher standards will be set in future based on the growth of the college and demand from students.

The transfer process is in place for students who are on pre-existing qualifications, and who would have previously used the top-up process; i.e. those students that would have started a smaller pre-existing qualification in the 2019/20 funding year, and then used it to count towards achieving the larger qualification in the same suite in the 2020/21 funding year.

The withdrawal process on Edexcel Online is used to mark those candidates who are no longer able to complete their qualification. Withdrawing candidates also prevents the Standards Verification process from selecting these candidates as part of the sample of work.A withdrawal will not provide a refund of the registration fee, as this would require the registration to be entirely deleted from Edexcel Online.

The Registration Head is responsible for uploading the grades in the EDEXEL portal and follow-up with Pearson for the Certification process.

The Registration Head, Student Affairs Head and their team are responsible for appropriate registration, withdrawal and certification processes.

Key dates and actions are given in the academic calendar.
