Student visas are issued for full-time students (students enrolled in four courses or more per semester) who have been accepted at BAC and have paid all required deposits and fees.
You can apply for a visa once you have paid your tuition and visa fees by submitting the following documents to the Admissions office.
- Color Passport Copy
- Original Passport
- Color Copy of Old visa (if inside the country)
- (Four) Passport Size Photo with White Background
- Color Tenancy Contract (for Syrian Nationals only)
- Document to show relationship with the Tenancy Contract Holder (for Syrian Nationals only)
- Color Passport Copy (Tenancy Contract Holder)
- Visa Payment Receipt
Please note that processing time is 4 to 6 weeks prior to the start of the semester to ensure that your application can be processed in a timely manner.
Once your visa is stamped, it will be valid for one year. You must ensure that you renew your visa before the expiry date. To do this, you will once again need to submit your original passport and photo, your medical report, and a copy of your Emirates ID application.
BAC is not responsible for students who overstay their visa or commit any other visa violation, including any associated consequences. All students must follow the rules and regulations of residency UAE.
