Greetings from the BAC Dean’s Office!
On behalf of the Board of Trustees and Administration of the British Applied College (BAC) in Umm Al Quwain, I am delighted to welcome you to our campus. You will certainly enjoy your engineering education and academic life at BAC. We continuously strive to fully support and ultimately enhance the professional lives of our faculty and staff members in every possible way, thereby ensuring that you, as a student, enjoy the ultimate academic and learning experience.
The College carefully recruits and selects faculty members using a highly competitive search process. They come to us with outstanding experience and credentials. You have joined a talented group of professional educators who are committed to their students, the community we live in, the industries we serve, and their own respective disciplines.
BAC prides itself in delivering well-educated and well-rounded technicians and engineers to our global economy, taking into consideration both technical and English requirements needed by the industries we serve.
I hereby urge you to acquaint yourself with as many of the standard College policies and procedures as possible to enable you to complete your studies successfully and without interruption. We are all obligated to follow these policies and procedures.
