The Higher National Certificate (HNC) is a Level 4 qualification made up of 120 credits. It is studied full-time over one year. The Pearson BTEC Level 4 BTEC Higher National Certificate provides a solid grounding in construction and the built environment, vendor accredited certification and Professional Body membership, upon which students can build; should they decide to continue their studies beyond the Certificate stage.

Students are eligible to apply after completion of grade 12th of American or CBSE Curriculum or grade 11th/O levels in case of British curriculum with 5 or more GCSEs at grades C and above, Graduates from the General level/Advanced level of UAE public schools under the Ministry of Higher education and level 3 completion mandatory.
